• Information shared via public channels such as social media including where you share photos, letters, videos or comments. We cannot stop further use of this Information once you share them via the above mentioned channels and other public community
• Technical/usage Information from your device and location including the type of device, browser, unique device identifier, operating system, internet provider, Information regarding your location, including where it is derived from device information (such as an IP address or country code), Information about your device’s precise location (e.g. geolocation via mobile devices).
• Information about your customer queries, including when you contact us through one of our provided channels including customer care lines, email addresses and social media.

Use of Information Collected

Your information will not be shared with any third parties except as explained below. Pluboard.com will not place your name, email address, physical address or any other personally identifiable information into any marketing, promotional database, or mailing list.

Sharing of Information Collected

As part of our business, we may pass to our service partners and resellers aggregated information (data gathered up across multiple or all user accounts) regarding visitors, users, and historical transactions in a manner that will not personally identify any individual user. Pluboard.com may collect information from our users at several different points on the site. Pluboard Limited is the sole owner of the information collected on Pluboard.com.

Comments and Posts

Users of Pluboard.com can choose to write comments or posts on the site. To leave a comment, users must submit information including a valid email address. Pluboard.com uses this information to screen out users who leave comments prohibited by our terms and conditions of use, and will not pass this information to any other organization.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Newsletters

Pluboard.com offers email newsletters. To sign up to receive regular emails, users must submit information including a valid email address. We may use a tracking utility that uses log files to analyze user movement.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, Pluboard.com may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process. Also, Pluboard.com reserves the rights to determine the schedule of circulation of its newsletters, notifications and any such subscribed information as published on its website notwithstanding the users’ preferences.
