Eunisell Interlinked Plc formerly, Interlinked Technologies Plc, has appointed Chika Ikenga as its new chairman after the retirement of Fabian Nnadozie.
Eunisell Interlinked Plc develops, manufactures and markets porcelain and jointing materials for the energy, telecommunications and industrial sectors in Nigeria. The company was established to market and distribute the innovative Heat Shrink Technology pioneers by Raychem Corporation of Menlo Park, California.
It has diversified into component design and manufacture, systems designs and upgrades, procurement and installation of complete power distribution substations and networks and engineering facility management. The ceramic products are marketed under the brand name Insulex and Aquakleen.

Mr Ikenga is the founder and managing director of Eunisell Limited and is responsible for leadership and strategic direction of the Company.
“He has systematically built up Eunisell over the past twenty-seven years into one of the leading Companies in the chemicals and Oil and Gas sector in Africa,” the company said in a stock exchange filing in Lagos on Thursday.
“He founded Eunisell Limited in 1996 with the mission of bringing world class chemicals solutions to companies operating in Africa. Prior to founding and leading Eunisell, Mr. Ikenga worked with Ibachem, an affiliate of Dow Chemicals.
“Mr. Ikenga is also the founder of Recare Limited, the owner of Natures Gentle Touch hair care brand. In 2004, he acquired Hair Savvy Cosmetics, a South African cosmetics company and successfully merged the company to form Recare Cosmetics South Africa.
“Mr. Ikenga holds a B.SC in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also attended a Management course in Lagos Business School and Leadership Course in Cambridge University. In 2021, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by Michael Okpara University of Agriculture.”
The appointment is effective from June 20.
