Zenith Bank appoints ex-Google director as non-executive director

Ehimuan served on committees that developed Nigeria’s broadband plan and ICT incubation strategy.

Zenith Bank has appointed former Google West Africa director, Juliet Ehimuan, as non-executive director.

Ehimuan left Google in July after 12 years. She started her journey at Google as country director for Nigeria and later as the director for West Africa.

Zenith Bank announced her appointment on Tuesday.

The appointment has been approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria, the bank said.

Her profile released by Zenith says Ehimuan served on committees that developed Nigeria’s broadband plan and ICT incubation strategy.

She holds a doctorate degree in business from Walden University in Minneapolis, USA, and a bachelor’s degree (first class) in computer engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
