FAAN increases toll fares for Abuja airport

The new rates will take effect July 17.

The Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has announced a new toll tariff at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) starting from July 17.

In a statement released on Thursday, FAAN said the toll fare for cars will increase from N200 to N300, while buses and Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) will experience a fare adjustment from N300 to N500.

The tariff for trucks with six tires will be revised from N500 to N1,000, while trailers and containers will incur a fee of N2,000.

FAAN management emphasizes that it is crucial for the public to take note of the tariff adjustments and the effective date.

Travellers and airport users are advised to plan accordingly and be aware of the updated toll fare tariff when utilizing the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.
