Corporate Updates: Stanbic IBTC Ventures gets new chief executive, Cutix sees earnings growth

The electrical equipment maker Cutix Group expects a 10% increase in revenue and profit before tax at N408 million.

Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC has made the following new appointments for its various units.

  8. Titi Ogungbesan (Chief executive) ………………Stanbic IBTC Ventures.

The chief executive of Stanbic IBTC Holdings, Demola Sogunle, said: “These appointments represent a significant milestone in the flight plan of Stanbic IBTC as we continue to position ourselves as a leader in the Nigerian financial services industry. – Cutix earnings forecast

Cutix Group has released its earnings forecast for the second quarter of its financial year 2024, which ends October 31.

The electrical equipment maker expects 10% increase in revenue and profit before tax at N408 million.

It puts profit (or loss) after tax at N275.7 million.

Cutix produces wiring cables, metal products, feeder pillars etc.

– Learn Africa dividend

Learn Africa Plc has announced a proposed final dividend of 25 kobo for the period ended March 31.

Shareholders on the company’s register by September 8 will qualify.
